These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the O Body + Wellness website (obodywellness.com) and the services provided at our Fort Lauderdale, Florida clinic. By booking an appointment or using our website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

O Body + Wellness offers medical aesthetic treatments, weight-loss programs, body contouring, injectables, skin services, and wellness therapies performed by licensed medical professionals. All services are subject to a clinical consultation and provider approval. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not deemed appropriate for a patient.

2. Appointments & Booking

• Confirmation: Online bookings are requests and are not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team.
• Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ noticeto cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows: Failing to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
• Late arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling at our discretion.

3. Deposits & Payment

A deposit may be required to hold certain appointments. Deposits are applied toward the cost of service and are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show. Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and financing through our approved lending partners.

4. Packages & Promotions

Purchased treatment packages are non-refundable after the first session has been performed. Promotional pricing and packages are not transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Package sessions expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Medical Disclaimer

The information on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. O Body + Wellness services are performed by licensed medical professionals; however, no information provided on this website creates a provider-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new treatment.

Results from aesthetic and wellness treatments vary between individuals. O Body + Wellness makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Before-and-after images shown are representative results and are not a promise of the outcome you will achieve.

6. Health & Safety

You are responsible for disclosing your complete health history, current medications, and any contraindications to treatment at the time of your consultation. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in adverse outcomes for which O Body + Wellness cannot be held responsible.

7. Website Use

All content on obodywellness.com — including text, images, graphics, and trademarks — is the property of O Body + Wellness and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, O Body + Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
